Project Description

Walk out basement with 4400 square feet of living space and a 3500 square foot attached garage with 15 foot ceilings. The foundations and majority of exterior walls were done in ICF all the way to the trusses. Due to the large amount of windows in some walls, 2×6 framing with exterior insulation was used for ease of construction while maintaining a good R-value. Exterior posts and visible trusses were done in steel for a less bulky appearance and to not interrupt the beautiful view across the river.
